Tarragon

Tarragon can grow to 90cm and be reproduced from cuttings in late spring. It has a unique, seductive flavour that cannot be substituted in certain dishes. The leaves lend admirably to setting in moulds and terrines for appearance and flavour.

Medicinally the root of tarragon was once used to ease the discomfort of toothache’s.
